Our account managers are typically selected from an IT or business
background, each account is no only appointed a dedicated
field account manager, but also named personnel
within our customer service team with clear escalation procedures
to deal with any complex service issues and assure of qualified
and experienced personnel to handle all eventualities.
We find one of the most frustrating issues that client’s
experience is dealing with competitor’s service staff, who
often lack any responsibility.
Having an awareness of such, all Garnell staff undergo extensive
industry and CRM training and take total
“ownership of problems” from the very first
telephone call. Even if a third party is required to assist, the
first point of contact that you make within Garnell’s customer
service and account management team will oversee any matter, until
total resolution.
